Heart of Queens

The "Queen of Hearts" design, created for the University of Delaware Synergy Runway Show, draws inspiration from the character in Alice in Wonderland. To reflect her sharp and dramatic personality, I exaggerated the structured skirt's silhouette. The outfit includes a fitted black t-shirt dress that can be worn separately or as an underlay for the skirt. For the neckpiece, I deconstructed a deck of cards to form a flower design that complements the neckline. Altogether, this look aligns with the theme of "Warped Wonderland," showcasing the creative ways materials can be distorted and transformed into wearable art.
